Once a friend asked me:"Is your so-called developing soft-environment really so important? What would you prefer to choose, the profits of 200,000,000 RMB on that year or the so-called developing soft environment?" My answer is : "Both. If I must choose one, I will choose the latter." Because good soft environment is an eternal wealth. Besides it, soft environment also is the clear thought, pleasant mood, harmonious atmosphere......

The good development environment of an enterprise is in fact a healthy corporate culture.
