Jereh Operation Management System

In Jereh,s operation management system, following interfaces can be found:
1. Service Arrangement

The onshore work will be assigned and arranged in a daily basis. This kind of work includes maintenance and repair of equipment, spare inventory preparing and dispatch, logistics arrangement, operation training, HSE and quality training, consumable and materials planning, fabrication arrangement, equipment commissioning etc..

2. Base Job Log

Everybody,s daily work will be recorded into system

3. On-duty Equipment and Operation Job Log

The equipment condition will be recorded into system including spares consumption, P&M records and running records. In this part, onshore people will know immediately after spares consumption and spares will be supplemented to offshore inventory automatically through system reminding. There will be no gap between onshore and offshore cooperation in this respect.

4. Handover Report

In order to improve mutual understanding and avoid deficiencies, this system will record all handover contents between 2 work shifts. The hand over information includes: the offshore operation process and updates, the equipment condition, operation summary, tools and spares inventory condition.

5. Equipment Management

In this interface, equipment maintenance, repair and routine inspection are recorded in this system. This system will also remind when it is time to maintain or it is time to replace spares.

6. Parts Management

Spares management is attached to equipment management. A safety stock level is set for each spare and all spares are allocated to 3 warehouses in Yantai, Tanggu and Offshore respectively.
